VANDALISM NEWS - AN ORIGINAL OFF-LINE COMMODORE 64 DISKETTE MAGAZINE SINCE 1991

The Charts is a section of this diskmag that craves user participation in order to be valid and interesting. The Charts reflects the minds of the sceners in a much more dynamic sense than the top lists of aggregated votes over time at CSDb. However, in order for The Charts to be a sound and contemporary comment, it is vital that enough readers fill out the votesheets and send them in prior to the voting deadline no later than <variable date>.

The Charts will focus on the people and teams of 2019 to now. For this reason, we do not ask you to cast your vote on your all time favourite, but rather to scrutinise the onslaught of releases and decide who or whom has done an outstanding achievement this year!

Let me remind the participating reader that you are not allowed to lay a vote on us, our crews (Onslaught and Offence), yourself, your own release, your group's release or other members of your crew or crews. Only what or who has received more than one vote will be presented in The Charts.
